1949 River City Crime Table

Made progress on Exilon Book and started Indesign doc and first half done. Lots of rewriting and editing to bring stuff together and extra fill in stuff and some new thoughts on some of the nearby civilisations. If you don't know it's my bronze age ancient Near East fantasy campaign and a sequel to my Stone Age Sorcery game. 

So will be writing some spot pieces where there are gaps now
Also, need to dig for stuff I more recently did and some relevant monsters
Most progress I've made in a while and getting over its lack of perfection and more too fattening it up so it can leave home. I might even finish this month.

This is the kind of crime that is a bit odd and unusual enough to make the news and interest heroes. No super villains here but strange crime yes. I have been reading Golden Age Green Arrow Omnibus. I learned that heroes can kill lots of people as long as slightly indirectly caused by the hero. Bring down a cliff on a gang killing them, great outcome apparently. This is in part to simulate pre-comic book code crimes. Possibly i need another list of more dramatic crimes without streets or gangs. More for rich and suburban ordinary people. d100 marvelous pulp murder mysteries?

Some of these could lean into super hero stuff or oragins for villains you punch into that chemical factory in a storm. But also they could just be crazy red herrings
