I should have done this a while ago. Official in my tuesday night game from now.

Adding WP and NWP instead of racial pluses - trying to eliminate class based and other situational modifiers. Everyone starts with Common S (Spoken)

Fighter

Weapon Proficiencies Brawling and Critical Hits
Non Weapon Proficiencies: None
Languages: Common S, Battle signals SW

Rogue
Weapon Proficiencies: Brawling
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Streetwise
Languages: Common S, Thieves Cant SW

Priest
Weapon Proficiencies:
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Religious Lore and First Aid
Languages: Common SW, pick one Alignment SW or Ancient SW or Elder SW

Wizard
Weapon Proficiencies:
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Magic Lore and one from Familiar Pact or Arcane Tool or
Languages:Common SW, pick one from  Ancient SW or Elder SW or one specific magical language of your school SW

Monk
Weapon Proficiencies: Brawling and Critical Hits
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Scribe
Languages: Common SW plus Ancient SW 

Bard
Weapon Proficiencies: Brawling
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Play (Instrument) and Song Lore
Languages: Common SW

Druid
Weapon Proficiencies: Sickle
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Nature Lore and First Aid
Languages: Common S, Druidic SW (May select animal languages)

Sorcerer

Non Weapon Proficiencies: Planar Lore and one of abjure components/spoken/gesture or Patron Pact

Dwarf (Morlock on Psychon)
Weapon Proficiencies Brawling and Critical Hits (also +1 hit and damage any axe or crossbow or gun)
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Select one from Blacksmith, Mining, Mineral Lore, Alchemy, Black Powder
Languages: Common S, Dwarvish SW (May select some animal, non human and elemental languages)

Halfling
Weapon Proficiencies: Brawling and Rock (also increased range, attacks, and damage)
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Sneak and Hide
Languages: Common SW (May select some animal, non human and elemental languages)

Gnome
Weapon Proficiencies: Hammer (also +1 hit and damage any hammer or dart)
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Construction, Nature Lore
Languages: Common SW Gnome SW (May select some animal, non human and elemental languages)

Elf
(Eldren on Psychon)
Weapon Proficiencies: None (also +1 hit and damage any sword or bow)
Non Weapon Proficiencies: Spot and Listen
Languages: Common SW Elvish SW (May select some animal, non human and elemental languages)

Abhuman (Beast men, Elemental men, Tree men, Great orcs, Barbarians)

Languages: Common S, one extras S of beast kin or elemental type or alignment
