With the correct password known to servants of hell this is a planar gateway to hell shaped as a lewd devils mouth or bottom opposite the way back. Some have the word carved in the frame as a trap. Once activated the blank wall in the arch becomes mirror-like and the gate and devils may be on the other side waiting
