This is something I thought players of Nurocity or Paranoia might find useful and a possible start for my own post apoc bunkers and horrible sci-fi lost colonies games. Can be background tables or used when players fail subterfuge attempts or accumulate heat for their activity. Maybe a daily encounter. This is post number 2100,
