I gave up on xp systems. Miniscule accounting is painful, encourages grubbing for paltry amounts, more tedious accounting and nor really very heroic or genre building or about role playing. Many younger players struggle with most basic maths and i don't want to check it. Keeping track of money at 10th lv is hard enough and all this accounting wastes time i would be drowning witches or driving humanoids from their ancestral homelands.
This is pretty loosey goosey guideline stuff not hard rules. At higher levels includes more in between game dungeon and social goals. Players keeping track of this stuff to boast about is more fun than getting 22xp.
Each 4 levels require one victory condition
1-4th lv = 1 goal
5-8th lv = 2 goals
9-12th lv = 3 goals
13-16 lv = 4 goals
17-20 lv = 5 goals
